How will my images be stored?

During your session, all images are written on two separate cards simultaneously to ensure a copy of each image in case of card corruption. After your session, images are immediately backed up in 3 separate locations to ensure the safety of the files should any extreme circumstances occur. Cards are not formatted until your final gallery has been delivered. 

What is your photography style?

My style can be best described as vibrant and authentic. I believe in telling a story through my images, whether it's a wedding celebration, a portrait session, or a branding shoot.

On wedding days, I understand the importance of capturing both posed portraits and candid moments. While posed shots provide timeless portraits that highlight the couple's love and connection, candid images capture the genuine emotions and spontaneous moments that make each wedding unique. I strive to create a balanced mix of both posed and candid shots, ensuring that my clients have a comprehensive collection of images that beautifully document their special day.

How far in advance should we book?

It's best to book your wedding photography as early as possible to secure your date on our calendar. Popular dates during peak wedding seasons tend to book up quickly, so I recommend booking at least 9-12 months in advance.

For branding photography, I usually book 6-8 weeks before the session date so we have plenty of time to research and create a photo strategy, secure a location, and finalize outfit and prop details before your session day. If you need the images by a certain date, I would recommend booking 2-3 months before that date to allow time for editing. 

How long does it take to receive my photos?

For wedding photography, typical turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. I hand edit all of the best images of your day with basic retouching and spot removal, then create a reveal slideshow and design a mock album so you can picture what your images look like in print. I'll let you know about a week before your reveal session is ready to schedule a time to see your images for the first time and relive your day!

Can I customize my wedding photography package?

Yes! The provided photography packages are a baseline, but we can absolutely customize a package to fit your needs. Whether you want to add-on an engagement session, more coverage on the day of, or even have a second photographer to capture additional images of your day, we can design a package personalized to you.

How many images will I receive?

The final number of images will vary based on a number of factors including, hours of coverage, number of locations, and timeline issues on the day of. Generally, you will receive around 50 images per hour of coverage. 

For other sessions, the minimum number indicated in the selected package is guaranteed, but you may end up with additional images.

How do I reserve a date on your calendar?

To secure a session date, a signed contract and retainer fee is required. Once these are received, your date will be officially reserved on my calendar, and we can begin planning the details of your wedding, branding, or portrait photography.
